Quick and easy way to get your blood pumping in the morning. Instructions are very clear and you can do as many or as little reps in the time allotted to either push yourself or take it easy and work your way up.
Its 7 minutes. Just start. You need a space for a chair and a chair. You will hurt the next day and the next and be stronger for it. Better is never free. As the great "Bob" once said "Baby steps to the....".
I love this app and use it every time I work out! Id really like if there was a free trial version where you could try out the other workouts like the core workout and such. I would also LOVE to see a stretching segment added. Otherwise, awesome app!
Perfect for someone who is getting back into exercise. Eventually youll get enough strength and endurance that youll need to do something else or to do it multiple times.
This is an excellent app for fitness and abs. However Id be glad if there could be a progression after a few training, but it seems to be always the same training, which is not so great ... More time or more exercise would be great ! Thanks for this app !

Some bad moments

One star until you fix crashes when your app tries to send data to the Health app.
Will not update since Jan 21 and dont have time for them to get it together--tired of it showing up in updates and not completing so getting rid of it--no real info anyway, just a "reminder" app--dont waste money.
The application works only in two languages. And not as it was written in many
Good workout if youre busy like me. I usually do it 3 - 4 times to get at least a 1/2 hr workout. Holds me over until I can get to a gym.
The Apple Watch app doesnt keep the watch from going dark. It pauses your workout, and its literally impossible to complete even one exercise without shaking your wrist and restarting the countdown multiple times.
I used to primarily build muscle and do heavy weight training. I have changed my outlook on fitness after using this application. Overall fitness is more important than being bulky.
