Great way to start the day!

Quick and easy way to get your blood pumping in the morning. Instructions are very clear and you can do as many or as little reps in the time allotted to either push yourself or take it easy and work your way up.

You didnt fix the issue

One star until you fix crashes when your app tries to send data to the Health app.

Just get going

Its 7 minutes. Just start. You need a space for a chair and a chair. You will hurt the next day and the next and be stronger for it. Better is never free. As the great "Bob" once said "Baby steps to the....".

Great workout app

I love this app and use it every time I work out! Id really like if there was a free trial version where you could try out the other workouts like the core workout and such. I would also LOVE to see a stretching segment added. Otherwise, awesome app!

Great

Perfect for someone who is getting back into exercise. Eventually youll get enough strength and endurance that youll need to do something else or to do it multiple times.

Great but ...

This is an excellent app for fitness and abs. However Id be glad if there could be a progression after a few training, but it seems to be always the same training, which is not so great ... More time or more exercise would be great ! Thanks for this app !

This app is really great!

Very helpful

7 minute workout app made me stick to a fitness routine fast and without that much of an effort. I was trying to start doing exercises many times, but it didnt last for more than a week. With this app it became possible. The achievements page is thought through very well and is a nice reward indicator. I send all my best wishes to the creators! Definitely worth these couple of bucks.

Good app, worthless watch client

The idea and the phone app are great. The watch app in its current form useless and even annoying.

Best 7 Minute Workout App Yet

Its really excellent and sports a fantastic and simple design. It needs a "switch sides" notification half way through the side plank exercise, though. In future, itll be nice to see more workout packs focused on certain muscle groups—especially legs.

This app deserves a good review. Its designed well. Its visual aesthetics are pleasing and its functions are well executed. Its intuitive. I turned it on and just new how to use it. I didnt need to read a instruction manual. So, for the first time I think I found a workout app I actually want to use. Thanks
